Description of Service
Yardage Buddy is a golf distance tracking application that allows users to:
- Track shot distances using GPS
- Record club selections and swing efforts
- View statistics and averages for each club
- Review past rounds and shot history
User Accounts
To use Yardage Buddy, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose

- Interfere with or disrupt the service

GPS and Location Services
Yardage Buddy uses GPS to track shot distances. GPS accuracy may vary based on device capabilities, environmental conditions, and other factors. Distance measurements are estimates and should be used for reference only.

User Data
You retain ownership of your golf data. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Yardage Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that distance measurements will be completely accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms

Termination
